Before School Care

NorthStar Child Development Center is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for your child from newborn to Pre K-4. Every classroom curriculum is designed to promote growth in the three areas of development:

Body-- through nutrition, exercise, and developing motor skills, etc.

Mind-- by music, colors, reading and games, etc. We will be using creative curriculum.

Spirit-- with an introduction to the God who created them and loves them.

NSCD is located in Northeast Columbia, SC. We are certified with NACCRRA, SECA,
the South Carolina Child Care Association, the South Carolina Child
Care Program (ABC) and Let's Move! Child Care.

Partnering with Parents

The staff at NSCDC recognizes what a great challenge it is to find someone you can entrust the care of your child to in your absence.

Our desire is to build a relationship with the parents of the children we serve. Our goal is to partner with parents in developing children that will make a difference in the world.

Safety

We have procedures in place to cover all aspects of their arrival and departure, visitors, equipment safety, food preparation, and medical mandates for the center. We constantly review for the most current and relevant information available to ensure quality care and peace of mind for our parents.
